So I've been sick for the past week or so and am finally feeling better. I suspect I got it from work since everyone was coughing up a storm two weeks ago. But thankfully no H1N1 for this guy!
Speaking of work, it has been slow. Very slow. Hopefully it will pick up here soon. I'm tired of surfing through the same sites everyday and reading all the new stuff on them before noon. Oh well, hopefully I can get out and play some disc golf tonight if it's not raining.
GTFTW (good things for the week... yeah, it's totally gonna catch on):
The Reds are BALLIN! 19-14 (5th best record in MLB) 12-5 on the road (best in MLB), now, if they could only win more at home....
This week is pay week $$$
I should be finishing my car on Saturday *knocks on wood* so hopefully everything will go smoother than last week.
The Anberlin concert is this week! Should be a blast.
UC's having their annual Spring Carnival this weekend. Always a good time.

Oh yeah, my blog
Welp I guess my last "oops" wasn't my last one. Here I am more than a month later and haven't posted a thing. Life's been kinda crazy lately, just with work and living at two different places (Cincy and Lebanon). I'm ready for something permanent so hopefully if all goes well I'll be moving down to Clifton this year. It seems like time is just flying by and somehow I'm halfway through the quarter. I need a vacation of some sorts, even just a short trip somewhere for a day or two. This blog doesn't really have any point besides the fact that I really need to blog more. And that I shall do.
Good things for the week so far:
My xbox finally came back in
Parts for my car came in
I was sick Monday so I didn't go into work, no $$ but I needed the rest
It's Wednesday and that means tomorrow is WING DAY!
I had Oreos for dessert
I played disc golf last night with our church's worship leader and all around amazing guy, Brandon Gilliam. It was a blast and I will definitely have to go back to that course sometime soon.
Uhh.... that's about it so far. Check back soon (hopefully) for more.

Oops
So yeah, about that whole being lazy thing.... I guess it caught up with me seeing as my last post was about a month ago. SO, let me re-cap that last couple of weeks:
I finished out the quarter with 3 B's and an A-
I did absolutely NOTHING over Spring Break, and it was glorious
My second co-op for the City of Kettering started Monday.....
.....and I'm already bored
I started one car project last week and will hopefully start another one tonight
And that's about it. Pretty lame!
So from here on out I'm going to try and blog a little bit each day (seeing as I have a lot more free time at work than I thought I would). Let's hope I can stay on track this time haha.

T Minus Two Weeks and Counting.....
Well, the quarter is almost done. How a ten week quarter can pass in what feels like ten days is beyond me, but it has. That also means that Spring Break is two weeks away!!!!!!! Parrrrtaaaaaaaaaay!!!!! and by party I mean sleep a lot and play way too much Halo since I won't be going anywhere for it. With Spring Break also comes co-op. I've never been so excited to go back to work in my entire life before but I sure am right now. Working in Kettering is awesome and I also get to live back in Lebanon for a little while with good ol' G'pa.
My goals for the next two weeks are:
Finish my ballin final project
Ace all my exams
And actually work out
Take more pictures
That's it for now. Hopefully I can at least hold myself to a new post once a week....

So....
I realized over the past two days that I'm really lazy.... Obviously my blog supports that statement. So I'm gonna try to keep up with my blog and in turn I'm hoping that it will help me to not be as lazy. So, why did I realize that I'm so lazy? Because UC had two snow days in a row. I know! I was surprised too, Nancy must be having a cow right now knowing how much class time was lost. Oh well, that's why our football team made it to the Orange Bowl despite having some athletic funding cut. Anyways (I think I am ADD or just easily distracted too.....) I didn't do that much on my snows days, which was nice but I could have used that time to get school work done or finish some projects around the house I had been meaning to do. Instead, Tuesday I did this:

I mean, that was a totally good use of a snow day right? I sure thought so... And yesterday I told myself I would get some work done... and instead I watched Its Always Sunny In Philadelphia, took picture of the snow and watched The Foot Fist Way. Totally a productive day. So, my goal is to work hard from here on out and make this blog successful and not just fall to the boring pits of the interwebz. Here are a few of my pictures from yesterday, enjoy!

Bring on 2009!
Alright, so I've reallllllllly been slacking on this whole blogging thing but hopefully I can start fresh this year and keep up with it. I'm going to post a more details about my Miami trip, but let's just say it was probably the best trip I've ever been on. The city was absolutely amazing! I can't wait to go back sometime. So for now, I'm going to put up a few pictures from the trip and start my "Picture-a-day" thing that I heard about.
So, here they are:

Goodbye October, Hello November
Wow, how time flies. One of my favorite months came and went before I could really get settled and enjoy it. Luckily my favorite things about October continue into November. The leaves changing colors, the weather becoming more and more perfect for football and pumpkins all around. With November comes a few reminders as well. A reminder that Winter is just around the corner (I dusted off my snowboard the other day). That a new year is soon to follow, with a fresh start for a new beginning and a much needed end to a volatile 2008. And the reminder that I can make it on my own, with help from my friends of course. A year ago around this time, I was broken and confused. I was unsure what my future had in store for me. Now, I feel like I have found out who I really am. I still don't have it all figured out, but I have learned a lot about myself over the last twelve months and can honestly say that I am a stronger person because of everything I've been through. Now, this is not a shot at anyone in particular, it is a self realization that I have grown in multiple ways. I wouldn't trade the last 4 years for anything in the world, but I really feel like this is my time now. It's my time to make the most out the situations that are presented to me and not sweat the small stuff. I have a great group of friends surrounding me, a great co-op, I am going to a great school, I have a great church family behind me and have an amazing family supporting me. And soon enough, I know I'll find "the one".
So, now that all of that is out of the way, onto some fall pictures that I took today to show off my favorite time of the year. I used a Rebel XT to take these and edited them in Photoshop.

and a little bit of PS fun
